PRIVACY POLICY

FOR ECOBEAN MOBILE APPLICATION

  • 1 General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “Privacy Policy”) sets out the manner of collecting, processing, and storing personal data necessary to realize the services offered via the EcoBean mobile application (hereinafter referred to as “Application”) by EcoBean Ltd.
  2. The User acknowledges that the Administrator of the personal data is EcoBean Ltd., with its registered office in Warsaw, Koszykowa 75, 00-662 Warsaw, Poland, Tax Identification Number: 7010895999, Business Identification Number: 381994554, a company entered into the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under number 0000761626 (hereinafter referred to as the “Administrator”).
  3. The User is any individual using the services provided by means of the Application on a mobile device.
  4. Installation of the Application means acceptance of the principles contained in the Privacy Policy.

  • 2 Automatic Data

  1. The Administrator collects data on the use of the Application. The collection of this data takes place automatically (so-called “automatic data”).
  2. The automatic data may be used by the Administrator to improve the quality of the services provided, in particular, if an error occurs in the Application. In the situation described above, the automatic data will relate to the Application error, including the state of User’s mobile device at the time the error occurred.
  3. It is not possible to change or delete automatic data.

  • 3 Personal Data

  1. The Administrator does not collect or store any personal data that would allow the identification of a particular User of the Application. Anonymous data can be processed for statistical purposes.

  • 4 Application permissions

  1. The application can be granted the following access on a mobile device:
    • camera permission, for QR code or barcode scanning.
  2. Application permissions can be revoked by changing system settings.

  • 5 Final provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, of which the User will be informed by e-mail. If the User does not agree to the changes introduced, they shall permanently remove the Application from their mobile device.
